For basketballs and footballs, this means no deflation, scratches, or damage to the surface or stitching; for badminton rackets, no signs of impact, string tension adjustments, or scratches on the frame. Customized products (e.g., personalized engravings on rackets or balls) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are tailored to individual requests.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: First, ensure your product meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. Next, submit a return/exchange request through the designated section on our website, providing your order number, the reason for the request (e.g., size mismatch, change of mind, defective product), and clear photos of the product and its original packaging (if applicable).
